User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the atom77 website accessible at https://atom77.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Company" means atom77, the internationally licensed operator of the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform, holding the User's personal details, verification status, and IDR wallet balance.
• "IDR Wallet" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held within a User's Account, used exclusively for placing wagers and receiving winnings on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) match, slot title, or any other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account by the Company.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before the Company processes withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by the Company for all operational and promotional deadlines.

2 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the User's engagement with atom77:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia aged at least 21 years at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the Account remains active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or operator-level self-exclusion register, nor have an existing atom77 Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Company.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where access to the Platform would constitute a violation of local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of atom77 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game-studio partners.

3 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport, a valid email address, a reachable Indonesian mobile number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

atom77 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Approved registrations do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of continued access, which may be revoked at any time in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms.

4 KYC Verification

Before the Company will process any withdrawal request, the Account holder must complete the KYC verification process. The Company operates in accordance with internationally recognised Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. The following documents are required:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour scan or photograph of a valid Indonesian KTP or international passport. The document must be current, undamaged, and must show the holder's full name, date of birth, photograph, and identification number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing the User's full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other accepted Indonesian banks) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For cumulative deposits exceeding the thresholds set by the Company's AML policy, a written declaration and supporting evidence of the User's source of funds may be required.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal within the Account dashboard. The Company targets a review turnaround of 1–3 business days (WIB) from submission. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation and to place a hold on withdrawal processing until all verification requirements are satisfied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, Users should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees independently.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. The Company will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on a banking business day are processed within the timelines shown above; requests submitted after this cut-off will be queued for the next available processing window.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may delay processing for up to 72 hours in cases where fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected. Users will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

atom77 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Users only. Bonus credits will not be awarded to accounts under investigation, suspended, or in the process of self-exclusion.
• Each promotional offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, a minimum odds restriction (for sportsbook bonuses), a game contribution rate (for casino bonuses), and an expiry date. These must be met in full before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount, or in some cases to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount. The applicable multiplier is specified within the promotion's individual terms.
• The Company reserves the right to retract any bonus credited in error or to a User who does not meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion.
• Bonus stacking — the simultaneous activation of multiple bonuses beyond the limits specified in each promotion's terms — is prohibited. Where a User attempts to stack incompatible bonuses, the Company may elect to apply one promotion and remove the others, or to forfeit all bonuses involved at its discretion.
• Promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting calendar events (such as BRI Liga 1 season specials, Idul Fitri reload offers, or Ramadhan cashback weeks) are time-limited and subject to the specific terms published at the time of each campaign.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of each Wager — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. atom77 will not accept requests to void or amend a Wager on the grounds of User error after confirmation has been issued.

The following product-specific rules apply:

• Sportsbook: Odds are subject to change until the Wager is confirmed. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, settled bets follow the applicable league or sport rules as defined in the atom77 Sportsbook Rules document, accessible from the Account dashboard. Mix parlay (multi-leg parlay) bets require all legs to win for the parlay to return a profit; a void leg reduces the parlay to the remaining legs.
• Live Casino: Game outcomes from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studios are final. Connection interruptions during a live hand do not entitle a User to a stake refund unless the game studio's own rules provide for this.
• Slots: All slot titles on the Platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages over millions of spins and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session returns.
• Togel: Draw results are sourced directly from the official pools operators for each market (Singapore, Sydney, Hongkong). Results are final upon official announcement. atom77 is not responsible for errors in third-party draw administration.
• Sabung Ayam: HD-streamed sabung ayam (cockfighting) results are determined by the arena operator and are final. atom77 does not influence match outcomes and will not entertain disputes regarding arena decisions.
• Scratch Cards: Results are determined at the point of card reveal. Each card purchase is a separate transaction, and no refunds are available once a card is purchased and revealed.

The Company reserves the right to void any Wager where there is evidence of a system error, manifest odds pricing error, or fraudulent manipulation of a market. Users will be notified of any voided Wager and the associated stake will be returned to the IDR Wallet.

8 Responsible Gaming

atom77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes the following player-protection tools, all accessible from within the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Users may apply a temporary suspension of Account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling has become problematic may request indefinite self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts will not be reactivated for a minimum of six (6) months and only upon receipt of a formal written request and a satisfactory wellbeing assessment.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure on-screen alerts at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes, displaying session duration and net wagering activity.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users through a normal browser interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Users who discover such issues are required to notify the Company immediately at [email protected].
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate market outcomes or guarantee a risk-free return across multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to access, use, or operate your Account.
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, age-restriction, or self-exclusion measure applied by the Company through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the atom77 brand name, logo, design language, text, graphics, user interface layouts, software, game integrations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or is used under licence from the respective rights holders, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, republished, redistributed, scraped, framed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atom77's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Wager shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to system error, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While atom77 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime via the Platform's announcement channel.

12 Account Termination

A User may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining IDR Wallet balance (net of outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first withdrawal request.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months. Dormant Account balances below Rp 10.000 may be forfeited; balances above this threshold will be held for a period of two years before forfeiture, during which the User may reactivate the Account upon identity re-verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atom77 holds its primary international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to specific legal restrictions in Indonesia. By using the Platform, the User accepts full personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

atom77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law, regulatory directive, or urgent security considerations.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Clause 12. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
